Our overnight rental cost is based on occupancy:
Up to 6 guests $400 per night
7-12 guests $80/person per night
Kids 5 and under stay for free.If you only have 1-2 guests, please contact us for the rate.
A cleaning fee will be quoted based on number of people and length of stay.

Small Gatherings & Events
Small gatherings and events are $150 plus a cleaning fee.
The dining room and parlor seating space is around 30-35 people.
You may request a tour before booking your event.
